We design and manufacture coalescers for the removal and recovery of entrained organic from solvent extraction aqueous solutions.
Our Coalescers features:
Coalescers are used for the removal and recovery of finely dispersed organic droplets, that are too small to be separated by gravity, from aqueous phases exiting the solvent extraction circuit such as the raffinate, spent scrub, or strip liquor streams. Our coalescer units feature three compartments; A feed inlet compartment that acts as an after-settler (for primary removal of entrainment), a coalescing bed compartment (for removal of the finely dispersed droplets), and a distribution compartment for the final separation and recovery of the organic and aqueous phases.
